Research Group The research group Instrumental Analysis is one of the most successful groups in the University of Applied Sciences Jena and belongs also to the university-internal institute IMPT Jena. Our essential characteristic is the close connection of biology and engineering in the field of microfluidics. Consequentially our research focuses on the development of microfluidic chipsystems with integrated biosensors based on different eucaryotic cell systems. Due to many national and international cooperations with institutes and companys we are able to manufacture our systems with state-of-the-art technologies to achieve high-precision microfluidic chipsystems. Further information about our research can be found under "Research".
